Ethos, previously 2020 Consultancy was setup in 2012 by company owner and Director, Adam Bunce to enable public and private sector companies the opportunity to bring in expertise for specific traffic engineering schemes such as TRO schemes, traffic management schemes, and 20mph speed limits & zones.

 Due to our continued success, the company has been able to provide more and more services by bringing in staff with expertise to lead the service. We have now worked with over 150 clients delivering in excess of 600 projects ranging from small assessments through to national framework agreements.

The company is built on the passion and dedication of our staff who all share the same vision to deliver outstanding results that set a benchmark for future success. Led by a forward-thinking management team who have a relentless ambition to ensure continuous improvement, client satisfaction and performance indicators improve year on year as we become a more established name in the highways, and transport industry.

 The quality we deliver is reinforced by our quality management plan that follows ISO9001:2008. This is supported by our various policies and statements including health & safety, environment and sustainability, and equal opportunity.

Management Structure

Ethos has a management team that consists of six members of staff. The company is run by the Director, Adam Bunce whose main tasks include the client liaison and project management. Adam relishes the opportunity to form close working relationships with our clients and where possible, attends the key meetings such as inception meetings, and progress meetings.

Client feedback highlights the reassurance with direct input from the director throughout a commission.

The company employees a Performance Manager, Stacey Montgomery, whose main tasks include the collection, monitoring, and management of performance information such as KPIs, improvement targets, and client feedback, which is reported across the management team and shared with clients.

Stacey is also our Stakeholder Engagement Manager, and this includes the creation of our Stakeholder Engagement Plans, the management of consultation exercises, and the creation of feedback reports that are issued to the client after each consultation. Stacey has successfully overseen in excess of 300 consultations in her career.

Ethos have four Works Package Managers to cover the core services the company provide. These include Active & Sustainable Transport; Traffic Engineering & Road Safety; Parking Consultancy; and multi-disciplinary design.

The Works Package Managers manage the day to day requirements of commissions and report to the company director.

Active Travel & Sustainable Transport Works Package Manager: Sally Greiner

Sally has over 18 years’ experience in active and sustainable transport, specialising in active travel strategies, studies, LCWIPs, and the development of high-quality active infrastructure such as walking & cycling paths, and Low Traffic Neighbourhoods. Sally has worked with numerous public and private sector clients that enable her to draw upon best practice and innovation as part of projects.

 Traffic Engineering & Road Safety Works Package Manager: Tom Murphy

Tom has nearly 20 years’ experience in traffic engineering specialising in the design, management and implementation of safety schemes, and TRO schemes. Tom has significant experience in road safety including collision analysis and prevention, and Road Safety Audits.

Parking Consultancy Works Package Manager: Chris Jamerson 

Chris has 25 years’ experience in parking consultancy, specialising in on-street and off-street parking studies, parking strategies, and Controlled Parking Zones. Chris has successfully delivered in excess of 60 parking studies and strategies as well as a considerable number of parking schemes. He is recognised as one of the leaders in this field and is often requested to present at parking conferences.

 Multi-Disciplinary Design Works Package Manager: Bradley Richardson

Bradley has over 15 years’ experience in design, specialising in highway, public realm, architecture, and drainage design. Bradley has extensive knowledge across the country and overseas in various roles including major infrastructure in the middle-east.
